Golf Professional - $40/hr Non PGA $55/hr PGA

The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to the following: The Golf Professional is responsible for delivering high quality golf instruction, managing simulator operations, and developing engaging programs for youth and adults. This role plays a key part in growing participation, enhancing member experience, and driving revenue through lessons, clinics, leagues, and open play.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and small group golf instruction for youth, teens, and adults
• Develop lesson plans tailored to skill level (beginner to advanced)
• Deliver engaging clinics (e.g., junior golf, women’s clinics, adult fundamentals)
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and skill progression tracking
• Ensure a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

• Proven record of golf experience, lesson redemption
• PGA Professional or Associate (preferred, not required)
• Prior experience teaching golf (youth and/or adult)
• Experience with golf simulator technology (Trackman preferred, but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with diverse age groups and skill levels
